Time Doesn’t Heals All Wounds

They say, “Time heals all wounds!” But time doesn’t heal wounds. It’s not some magical cure all! It does take time and time is an important ingredient in healing, but it’s not the only ingredient! The medicines you take, lifestyle changes, attitude adjustments, new outlook on life, exercise, rehab, prayer, these things are what makes the most use of the time. Time alone, in most all situations won’t change much! You have to intentionally seek your healing and desire to become healthy and whole again. Don’t sit on the sideline “hoping” things will get better. You have to work on yourself physically, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually to maximize your healing process. Take “hope” and give it wings by doing whatever is needed to fly again! In “time” you will, but the length of time just might be dependent on you!

About Let's Ask Dad

I'm just a common man with sometimes uncommon thoughts. I strive to be the encourager, the mentor, and a coach to those who feel like giving up. I have been blessed with a quiver full of children and have gained much wisdom in the process of raising them.
